Our First Pregnancy – Weeks 9 & 10!

These past two weeks have been quite pleasant, luckily. I haven’t had very much nausea or any horrible symptoms. I have actually been able to start going to the gym and doing light cardio with some light lifting without getting light-headed or nauseous and I’ve mixed in more daring foods to my diet, such as spicy foods, etc. Heartburn hasn’t come back which is also amazing!!

Our little one is definitely growing by the day and we can’t wait to find out what he or she in just a few weeks at 14 weeks! Hopefully more positive updates to come 🙂
